Step 1: Choose the default e-mail application from the list of applications.

Step 2: Choose Other.

Step 3: Type in the following:

• Email Address: Enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@mycitycable.com)
• Password: Enter the password for your email account

Step 4: Click Next.

Step 5: Select the Account Type: IMAP

Step 6: Type in the Incoming server settings:

• Username: Enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@mycitycable.com)
• Password: Enter the password for your email account
• IMAP Server: mail.mycitycable.com
• Security Type: NONE
• Authentication Type: PLAIN
• Port: 143

Step 7: Click Next

Step 8: Type in the Outgoing server settings:

• SMTP SERVER: mail.mycitycable.com
• Security Type: NONE
• Port: 587
• Authentication Type: LOGIN
• Username: Enter your entire email address (e.g. myname@mycitycable.com)
• Password: Enter the password for your email account

Step 9: Click Next

Step 10: Select Folder poll frequency.

Step 11: Click Next.

Step 12: Specify the following:

• Account Name: Type a name that identifies the account
• Display Name: Type the name that you would like for recipients of your emails to see

Step 13: Click View your Inbox
