If you’re used to your Mail, this and other basic apps remain in Windows 8 and can be accessed by from the Start Screen. New to Windows 8 is the Windows Store, where you can download popular apps such as Angry Birds and Netflix to enjoy for use on your computer. Also, if you’re rolling with your DVD drive and still wish to install apps using DVD media, simply insert the discs into the drive and follow the prompts for installation.
