When your list of contacts is inaccessible, you may need to reset your Contacts folder by following these steps:

1. Log out of Outlook.
2. Click Start, Settings, Control Panel.
3. Double-click Mail.
4. Highlight Outlook Address Book.
5. Click Remove.
6. Click Yes
7. Click Add.
8. Select Outlook Address Book.
9. Click OK.
10. Close the Control Panel.
