Troubleshooting Outlook 2000

Problem: CTRL+D deleted contact
Pressing CTRL+D to delete an activity from a contact's table can delete the entire contact. Use the DELETE key instead of CTRL+D.

Problem: Lost address book after upgrading
When you upgraded from Microsoft Outlook 97 or 98 to Outlook 2000, you lost your stored email addresses.

Problem: Unable to display a folder
If your system is unable to display a folder or cannot log in to MS Exchange when trying to access Outlook or Outlook folders, your exchange profile could be corrupt.

Problem: Cannot display a contacts list
When your list of contacts is inaccessible, you may need to reset your Contacts folder.
