Troubleshooting Outlook 2000
Cannot display a folder

If your system is unable to display a folder or cannot log in when trying to access Outlook or Outlook folders, your exchange profile could be corrupt. To correct this problem, you must delete and recreate your profile by following these steps:

  1. Open Outlook and right click on a personal folder to display the properties. Note that path of your personal folder(s).
  2. After exiting and logging out of Outlook, display your mail settings, available via your control panel.
  3. Remove your profile(s).
  4. Re-add your profile(s). See the Outlook 2000 wizard for more information.
